Experienced Head of Business Improvement with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Financial Institutions, Analytical Skills, Banking, Credit Analysis and Basel II. Strong consulting professional graduated from Queens College Eastern Cape SA. 2005 Standard Bank Managing Directors award for People Leadership and numerous Overseas incentives for Sales and Service Delivery. During his career Les has developed a deep understanding of strategy, business architecture and process improvement and has successfully transformed the areas he has led through a focus on Service, Control, Efficiency, Change and People. Worked across 17 countries across the African Continent . Obtained his EDP from Unisa and his Certificate in Management from Henley College.
Adele Von Landsberg
Adele von Landsberg has over 3 decades experience in the Financial Service Industry. Adele has worked in multiple divisions and worked her way up to Senior Leadership. Her roles have included but not limited to Head of Banking, Head Business Development and Head Product SA. Adele has the following Experience: Strategic Management, Data Analytics. Leadership , Product Development, Sales , Change Management and Financial Acumen. Adele attended a number of Executive development programs linked to International Emersions. Stephen Brake
Stephen has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from UNISA where he received distinctions for Economics, Change Management and Global Business Environments. He has been recognized for conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions for both First National and Standard Bank, where he has 3 decades experience in operations, service, risk, logistics and robotic process automation. Believing that staff are key to delivering the customer promise, Stephen has chaired equity forums to disciplinary enquiries. He has been a guest speaker at various industry conferences, sharing successes and approaches in Cape Town, London and Miami.
